• Services are subject to booking confirmation and availability.
• 
   Payments must be made as per the invoice.
• 
   Customers must ensure vehicle availability at the scheduled time and location.
• 
  Subscription Cancellation: Full refund within 24 hours; 50% within 48 hours; no refund thereafter, subject to applicable law.
• 
  One-Time Wash Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours before service; no refund within 12 hours of service, subject to applicable law.
• 
  Missed washes due to customer unavailability may not be rescheduled.
• 
  Additional services incur extra charges.
• 
  Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• 
  Plans and offers are subject to validity and applicable conditions.
• 
  Subscription Activation: Services begin 7 days after registration. Early activation depends on Captain availability and confirmation.
