Unlimited Wash – Terms & Conditions

  • The subscription includes one car wash per day only.
  • Services are available from Monday to Saturday.
  • Car wash services will be provided only during the scheduled service hours: 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM.
  • The package includes daily Exterior Wash only.
  • Interior Cleaning will be provided once per month as part of the subscription package.
  • Any additional wash requests beyond the package inclusions must be raised through phone booking/request, and services will be scheduled accordingly.
  • Customers shall ensure vehicle availability and service access during the scheduled timing. Missed services due to vehicle unavailability cannot be carried forward.
  • The subscription plan is non-transferable and applicable only to the registered vehicle.
  • The subscription shall be applicable only to the vehicle number registered at the time of subscription activation. Vehicle replacement, vehicle number changes, or usage of the subscription for any other vehicle shall not be permitted and will not be covered under the subscription plan.
  • Unused services cannot be carried forward, accumulated, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Service rescheduling shall be subject to operational availability and prior confirmation.
  • Deep cleaning, stain removal, polishing, coating, engine cleaning, and other special services are not included in this package and will be charged separately.
  • The Company reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel services due to operational limitations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers shall provide uninterrupted access to the vehicle and service location; failure to do so may result in cancellation of service without liability.
  • Any additional services requested outside the package scope shall be charged separately as per applicable rates.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle during or after service.
  • Customers are requested to inform in advance of any existing vehicle damage, modifications, accessories, or sensitive areas before service commencement.
  • The Company reserves the right to revise service terms, pricing, package structure, and operational policies without prior notice.

Flexible Plan – Terms & Conditions

  • Services are available from Monday to Saturday. (Slot Time applicable here – Mon, We’d and Fri | Tuesday, thus and Saturday)
  • Car wash services will be provided only during the scheduled service hours: 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM.
  • The package includes 11 Exterior Washes per month.
  • The package includes 1 interior per month.
  • Any additional wash requests beyond the package inclusions must be raised through phone booking/request, and services will be scheduled accordingly.
  • Customers shall ensure vehicle availability and service access during the scheduled timing. Missed services due to vehicle unavailability cannot be carried forward.

One-Time Wash – Terms & Conditions

  • Services are available Monday to Sunday (7 days a week).
  • Car wash services will be provided only during the scheduled service hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Customers must book their preferred service slot at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Requests submitted less than 24 hours prior to the preferred service time cannot be processed.
  • The package includes one-time wash service only as selected during booking.
  • Any additional cleaning requirements beyond the selected package shall be charged separately as per applicable rates.
  • Customers shall ensure vehicle availability and service access during the scheduled timing. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation of service.
  • Service rescheduling shall be subject to operational availability and prior confirmation.
  • Missed appointments due to vehicle unavailability may require a new booking and additional charges may apply.
  • The booking shall be applicable only to the vehicle number registered at the time of booking confirmation. Vehicle replacement or transferring the booking to another vehicle shall not be permitted unless approved by the Company.
  • Deep cleaning, stain removal, polishing, coating, engine cleaning, and other special services are not included unless specifically selected and charged separately.
