Subscription Policy

  • Subscription services shall commence only upon successful registration, payment confirmation, and activation by the Company.
  •  Subscription plans are applicable only to the vehicle number registered at the time of subscription activation and cannot be transferred, assigned, exchanged, replaced, or shared with another vehicle unless expressly approved by the Company.
  • Subscription benefits, wash allocations, and service inclusions shall be provided strictly in accordance with the selected package and service schedule.
  •  Subscription validity shall remain limited to the selected subscription period and any unused services, credits, wash balances, or missed services shall not be carried forward, accumulated, exchanged, adjusted, or refunded unless otherwise approved by the Company.
  •  Customers shall ensure vehicle availability and service access during the scheduled service window. Missed services due to customer unavailability shall be treated as consumed services.
  • Additional wash requests or services outside the subscribed package shall be subject to operational availability and charged separately as per applicable rates.
  •  Subscription fees paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable, except where cancellation or refund is expressly approved by the Company or required under applicable law.
  •  The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, suspend, postpone, or temporarily interrupt services due to operational requirements, weather conditions, public holidays, maintenance activities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate subscriptions in cases of misuse, unauthorized vehicle usage, repeated access issues, policy violations, abusive conduct, non-payment, or breach of service conditions.
  •  Customers shall notify the Company of any changes in contact details or account information to ensure uninterrupted communication and service delivery.
  • Customers shall remove valuables, cash, documents, and personal belongings from the vehicle before service. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to such items.
  •  Service timings, package inclusions, operating areas, pricing, and related policies may be revised by the Company from time to time without prior notice.
  • The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the affected service and shall exclude indirect, incidental, consequential, business interruption, or opportunity losses to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  •  Any dispute arising in relation to subscription services shall be governed by applicable laws and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over the location of the Company’s registered office.
  • Continued use of subscription services shall constitute acceptance of this Subscription Policy and all applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Vehicle Care & Liability Policy.
