* Booking / Subscription Details
* Service Date

* Supporting Photos or Documents (if applicable)

3. Complaint Reporting Timeline

Complaints relating to service quality, vehicle condition, billing concerns, or operational issues must be reported within 24 hours from service completion. Delayed reporting may affect review eligibility.

4. Investigation & Review

All complaints will be reviewed internally and may require verification of service records, booking details, operational logs, customer communication, and supporting evidence before resolution.

5. Resolution Process

Where applicable, resolution may include:

* Corrective action
* Rewash approval
* Service adjustment

Resolution outcomes shall be determined based on review findings and applicable service policies.

6. Exclusions

Complaints relating to pre-existing vehicle conditions, undisclosed damage, normal wear and tear, weather impact, vehicle access limitations, personal belongings left inside the vehicle, or events beyond operational control may not qualify for compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable law, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the value of the affected service and shall exclude indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
