Vehicle Care & Liability Policy

  •  Customers shall ensure that the vehicle is in a serviceable condition and suitable for cleaning prior to service commencement.
  •  Customers are requested to remove all valuables, cash, documents, electronic devices, and personal belongings from the vehicle before the wash process begins. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to such items.
  • Customers must disclose in advance any existing dents, scratches, paint defects, loose accessories, modified parts, damaged trims, electrical issues, or sensitive areas of the vehicle prior to service.
  •  The Company shall exercise reasonable care while providing services; however, it shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, hidden defects, aging materials, manufacturer-related issues, or damage arising due to undisclosed vehicle conditions.
  •  Services may be refused, suspended, or discontinued if the vehicle condition is considered unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for service delivery.
  •  The Company shall not be responsible for delays, incomplete service, or inability to perform services caused by weather conditions, vehicle condition, access restrictions, third-party interference, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  • Any concern regarding service quality or vehicle condition must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of service completion for review.
  • Customers shall provide safe and uninterrupted access to the vehicle and service location during the scheduled service window.
  •  The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited only to direct loss arising solely from proven negligence during service delivery and shall exclude indirect, incidental, consequential, business, or opportunity losses.
  •  The Company reserves the right to revise, update, or modify this Vehicle Care & Liability Policy without prior notice.
